About the Role

In this role you will help create and shape AHA!'s partnership strategy with architects and interior designers. You will find ways to build meaningful relationships with Architects/Interior designers and establish a new channel of customer acquisition.

Being the first member of this team, you will be crafting the fundamental processes and tactics responsible to build and scale partnerships for AHA! in years to come.

What will you be doing ?

  1. Talk to and meet every single architect and interior designers that has worked with us in the past, document their feedback of the experience of working with us, create segmentation process based on their profile and start forging relationships by meeting them more frequently. This should consume 30-35% of your time in this role.
  2. Work closely with AHA!'s consulting team members and reach out to architects and interior designers of customers that were hosted at the experience center. This will be a methods to acquire new partners and should consume 25%-30% of your time in this role.
  3. Work closely with AHA!'s operations team to find opportunities and craft relationship building tactics for operations team in relation with architects, interior designers and electrical contractors on site. This should consume 20% of your time in this role
  4. Work with Performance Marketing team closely providing feedback on campaigns dedicated to acquiring new architects and interior design partners. (~10% of your time)
  5. Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly reporting on performance of this role.

Must Have

• Strong B2B sales acumen & minimum 3 Years of relevant business development or sales experience

• Relationship-building with architects and designers

• Project management skills for long sales cycles

• Awareness of the decision-making process in architecture and construction, and the ability to align home automation solutions with the architects’ design goals.

• Impeccable Communication and People's skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools


Good to have

• Experience in sales of premium/luxury products.

. Background in architecture or interior design

• Networked within architect and interior designer community

• Design and aesthetic sensibility

• Marketing and presentation skills
